1.代理商投标时须有制造商授权经销的代理证书复印件或具有制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的授权函原件。

2.投标产品制造商应具有类似产品的制造及销售5年及以上的经验，并且在中国大陆内（港澳台除外）有三家或以上使用良好的案例，需要提供合同复印件、设备验收证明及中国大陆内使用方的联系人信息供招标人核实。

3.投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的银行资信证明原件或复印件；

4.其他资格要求：

（1）投标人（仅针对国内代理商）须提交有效的企业法人营业执照原件或复印件加盖单位公章；

（2）制造商须有通过ISO9001或与其相当的质量管理体系论证资质证明（证书复印件）；

（3）所投产品在中国大陆具有专门的售后服务机构和专职工程师，需提供制造商出具的授权服务证明文件和制造商在国内子公司或代表机构有不少于5名专职服务工程师，提供社保证明。

3. Qualification and performance requirements of tenderers    

1) If the bidder's goods are not made by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the consent of the manufacturer for the goods in the formal authorization(original) or Certificate of authorized distribution by manufacturer(copy).

2) The manufacturer of the bidding product should have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing and selling similar products. And in the Chinese mainland (except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), there are three or more successful cases. The bidder must to provide copies of the contract, equipment acceptance certificate and the contact details of the users in China for verification by the tenderee.

3) The bank issued in the three months before the opening date of the bidder’s bank credit certificate of the original or copy;

① The bidder (if the bidder is Agent in domestic ) must present the valid original business license or the copies with official seal.

②The manufacturer must present ISO9001 quality certificates (the copy) or similar to ISO9001.

The bidder shall provide the authorized service certificate issued by the manufacturer to the domestic customer service, and the bidder shall provide the proof of payment of social insurance for no less than 5 full-time engineers in domestic by the authorized customer service.
