3. Qualification requirements of tenderers

Qualifications or performance of bidders:

3.1The bidding manufacturers should have a history of designing, producing ferry bus for more than 5 years.

3.2The eligible manufacturer should have at least supplied no less than 2 ferry buses to domestic civil airports (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan)  over the last three years (since January 1, 2014), and please provide the corresponding valid documents in the bidding documents (provide sales contract copies with the official seal of the bidder).

3.3If the manufacturer is a foreign company, the manufacturer must have permanent representative offices in mainland China equipped with full-time technical engineers with more than five years of experience in the service of similar vehicles. (Provide a copy of the employment contract of an engineer for more than 5 years with the official seal).

3.4If the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide the manufacturer's sole authorization certificate for the project.

3.5If the bidding product is domestically made equipment, it must come with the "Civil Airport Special Equipment License" issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China; or a certificate of qualification approved by authorities; the latest notice inspected and certificated by CAAC; or the "Civil Airport special equipment test report" issued by testing organization designated by CAAC.

Note: the products provided by the bidder must be the products of the origin of the brand, not the products produced by other regions or other manufacturers. The tenderer shall have the right to conduct the research on the issue of origin. If the actual situation is found to be inconsistent with the bid description, the tenderer shall have the right to cancel the bid.
