招标产品列表（主要设备）：卧式加工中心，数量1台, 用于BasicPower前箱壳4681.301.010和后箱壳4681.301.025零件批量加工。

3．投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人必须是制造商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。投标产品制造商必须通过ISO9001、ISO14001或对等质量体系认证，并提供相应的证书复印件。投标产品制造厂商应有5年以上制造卧式加工中心的经验，该产品在中国大陆有不少于5台并成功运行3年以上的业绩，提供用户清单及相应有效的证明材料（用户清单必须但不限于包括以下内容：用户名、型号、联系人、联系电话）；投标人必须在中国有良好的售后服务支持，如设备故障或损坏，24小时之内给予答复，48小时内到达招标方现场；投标人必须在中国有备件库。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：

Bidder must be the manufacturer, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network (www.chinabidding.com).Bidding product manufacturers must pass the ISO9001, ISO14001 or equivalent quality system certification and provide a copy of the corresponding certificate. Bidding product manufacturers should have at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing of horizontal machining center, the products in mainland China has no less than 5 and successfully run more than 3 years of performance, provide the user list and the corresponding effective certificate (user list must, but not limited to, including the following contents: the user name, model, contact and contact phone number). Bidders must have good after-sales service support in China, such as equipment failure or damage, reply within 24 hours, and arrive at the site of the tenderee within 48 hours; Bidders must have spare parts warehouse in China.
