2）.投标人必须具备当今世界先进、成熟、可靠的生产技术；拥有制造、安装、调试、维护等方面的专门技术人才和精良的设备。

3）. 投标人应具备本次招标设备同类型产品的设计及制造业绩，在中国大陆境内有已使用良好的业绩，并提交业绩证明材料。该业绩证明必须包括：1）最终用户出具的该设备验收证书复印件；或2）最终用户签订的合同的首页和尾页复印件。

1、The manufacturer should have the experiences of making the similar equipment and be highly recognized in this field. No bad operation records are allowed. The provided equipment should be wholly new rather than the experiments.

2、The bider should own the modernly advanced, mature and reliable production technology; the specialists and superior equipment in manufacturing, installing, commissioning and maintaining are also needed.

3、The bidder shall have the performance design and manufacture of the bidding equipment of the same type of product, for heavy soda ash cooling in the China in mainland China, and has 2 (including 2) good performance more users, and submit the proof of performance materials, please list Chinese mainland the user list. The performance certificate must include: 1) issued by the end user equipment acceptance certificate photocopy; or 2) the end user contract signed between the first and last copy.
