*车身固定夹具：4点或4点以上夹持，夹持车辆两侧翻边，并且具有支撑车身的作用。必须能实现快速夹紧，不需使用垫片。

*方向盘位置及转矩测量控制系统和制动控制系统：转向机器人，用于控制方向盘,测量方向盘力矩和角度。系统需配备独立的、电动伺服执行机构，最大转动角速度108°/s以上，扭矩范围≥±40N.m，精度优于±0.2N.m。转向角度范围≥±1080°，精度：±0.1°；能够在转向过程中完成对转向盘力矩和转角、角速度进行测量；自动制动作动器，能够通过作动器对车辆的制动踏板施加力。

*具备：车轮六自由度测量系统、整车质心及转动惯量测量系统、刚度矩阵测量装置、试验台架控制、数据采集系统、数据分析、处理设备、软件、打印和数据管理系统、设备标定系统；

3．投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：3.1投标人必须是制造商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。

3.2投标人在2015年1月至2021年1月期间至少有为国内外8个不同的用户提供的整车K&C试验台的业绩不少于8套。且都验收合格，处于正常运转状态、无技术障碍。需提供该设备的销售情况等相关证明（如验收报告及合同首页等），并提供客户名称及联系方式。

3.3设备制造商须经过ISO9001、ISO14001或对等的有效质量体系认证，具备履行合同所需的K&C试验台设备和技术能力的生产厂商，具备履行本项设备的生产及销售的内容，并在投标文件中提供相应证书的复印件。

3.4投标人必须在中国具备产品良好的本地化售后服务机构和技术支持，并出具相应证明材料(售后服务办事处分布点和联系方式)。

3.5投标人必须是设备制造商，本项目不允许代理商参与投标。

国内投标人：需提供营业执照，并在投标书中提供相应证书的复印件。

3.3 the equipment manufacturer must pass ISO9001, ISO14001 or equivalent effective quality system certification, have the K & C test-bed equipment and technical capacity required to perform the contract, have the content of production and sales of the equipment, and provide copies of corresponding certificates in the tender documents.

3.4 the tenderer must have good localized after-sales service organization and technical support for products in China, and issue corresponding supporting materials (distribution point and contact information of after-sales service office).
