Qualifications or Performance：

The bidder shall have the qualifications or performance: must be the manufacturer or the manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in bidding, bidding agencies and registered in the purchase of the bidding documents, and has been in the China international tendering (www.chinabidding.com) successfully registered. More than 3 years of experience in bidding products manufacturers in the domestic production of products should be tender, at least five well-known vehicle manufacturers or testing certification agencies supporting similar equipment (bus or truck chassis dynamometer), and are in normal operation state, provide the user list. The user list includes but is not limited to the following contents: user name, model number, contact person, contact phone number, good after-sales service, no user complaints.
