1.代理商投标时须有制造商授权经销的代理证书复印件或具有制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的授权函原件。

2.投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的银行资信证明原件或复印件；

3.其他资格要求：

（1）投标人（仅针对国内代理商）须提交有效的企业法人营业执照原件或复印件加盖单位公章；
