（1）所投产品的制造商必须是生产离心机的专业厂家，所投型号产品自2012年1月起必须在中国境内有不少于3家（含3家）以上成功运行业绩。投标人需提供业绩清单及联系人、联系方式，投标时需提供业绩合同复印件（合同复印件可隐去价格等不影响合同真实性的重要内容）。

（2）投标人必须提供所投品牌的离心机在中国境内未出现质量或安全事故的承诺函，如与事实不符其投标将被否决。

3. Qualification requirements of tenderers

Qualifications or performance of bidders:

(1) An eligible bidder must be a specialized manufacturer of centrifuges and there must be no less than 3 successful cases of the bidding product model being used in China’s since January 2012. While bidding, the bidder need to provide a list of performance, contact person and contact information, along with a copy of the performance contract (prices and other confidential information which may not affect the authenticity of the contract can be hidden in the copy).

(2) The bidder must provide a commitment letter to prove the bidding centrifuge model has not caused any quality or safety accident in China’s. The bidding will be rejected if any content in such commitment letter is deemed fraud.
