3. Qualification and performance requirements of tenderers    

1) If the bidder's goods are not made by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the consent of the manufacturer for the goods in the formal authorization(original) or Certificate of authorized distribution by manufacturer(copy).

2) The manufacturer of the bidding product should have at least 3 years experience in manufacturing and selling similar products.
